To order by mail simply print out this form and mail it with your check, Visa or MC number, or money order. Please call for correct shipping or go to the USPS web site and calculate the shipping by weight and zip code. Please add 3.50 for handling.

Many have asked why we do not have an online shopping cart. I have found over the years it's far better to speak to my customers in person during the order process to avoid the usual problems, such as ordering items out of stock, or simply ordering the wrong item for your needs. This is a small business which means we cannot always be by the phone, so please leave a message if we don't answer right away. From April through September there will be periods in which we will be in the field for up to a week at a time, therefore out of range of internet and cell phone service. We do check email as frequently as possible, and phone messages everyday. If we don't call you back right away please be patient. We will call immediately if it is an emergency. Most orders can still processed in 1-3 business days, if you need something in a hurry please call, not email, and your order will be processed immediately.

Most of our customers know our products and know what they want and what works for them. Occasionally a massage oil will turn cloudy from moisture or a salve will melt in the summer heat in transit. In these cases we will replace the product at no cost to you, and there is no need to return it. Aside from defective product, all sales are final as we cannot resell product that has been open or used. It is our goal to work with you in person to help you choose the product that is right for you. All products are carefully inspected before shipping to make sure there are no defects, but sometimes we miss something. In this event we will take you on your word and ship a replacement at no cost, or refund your payment in full.
